Cleanliness

Mixed signals: several guests praised clean rooms and housekeeping, but multiple reviews reported dirty kitchenware, a dirty fridge, occasional strong odors, insect/bug problems on beds and inconsistent room servicing.

Service

Generally excellent front‑of‑house breakfast staff (Isabel, Tata, Gina, Amelia) who were repeatedly called out as friendly and helpful; a few reports of unfriendly reception or inconsistent use of service elevator, but overall service impressions are very positive.

Location

Location noted as good and centrally located by several guests, though some complained about highway noise that prevented opening windows.

Room Quality

Rooms are often described as clean and comfortable by many, but there are recurring issues: AC failures/portable units, malfunctioning automatic curtains, a sofa not prepared, cramped quarters in some rooms and at least one instance of a room being assigned while occupied.

Amenities

Good pool and fire‑pit vibe and family/kid friendly facilities, but amenities have problems for some guests (no towels at pool, Jacuzzi barely warm, parking can be difficult).
